Sharron Keogh grabbed my attention when she revealed she’s co-writing a book called Thrive: How to 10x Your Health, Wealth and Happiness, in tandem with her husband.

Sharron, the 210th person I’ve met on my quest to have lunch with 500 strangers, plans to publish the book later this year.

Sharron brings considerable lived experience to the book, having experienced some great highs and lows in her life.

As a teenager, she experienced deep depression and had very low self-esteem, in part due to being bullied and sexually assaulted.

One thing that helped her recover was by strengthening her mindset and learning how to change the stories she was telling herself.

Sharron went on to build a successful corporate career – but then, like so many others, lost her job in March 2020.

Sharron had felt for a while that she wanted to be self-employed, so she could do work that was really meaningful. She already had a side hustle selling Young Living Essential Oils. Now that she’d lost her job, she decided to make the leap into full-time entrepreneurship. She continued with her essential oils business, and also started running women’s circles and conducting ‘raindrop technique’ massages.

It all makes sense when you meet Sharron. She’s a compassionate person who really cares about others. And she also believes our mental, physical and financial health are all linked.

I’ve asked Sharron to notify me when Thrive: How to 10x Your Health, Wealth and Happiness goes on sale. I’m looking forward to buying a copy and soaking up her wisdom.
