It’s always nice to meet someone who’s making their community a better place.

Enter Greg Twemlow, the 19th person I’ve met on my journey to have lunch with 500 strangers.

Eleven months ago, Greg founded SEVENmile Venture Lab, a not-for-profit start-up accelerator in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

SEVENmile is the perfect project for someone who not only has many years of experience as a business leader, but who also wants to help others fulfil their business dreams.

If you live on the Northern Beaches, you no longer have to travel to the city to find a space where you can work, mingle with other entrepreneurs and access high-level business coaching.

Even better, because SEVENmile is a not-for-profit that’s backed by the council, its rates are very affordable.

Greg is a very warm, generous person. He was keen to hear about my life plans and eager to lend a hand. By the time I’d made it home from our meeting, he’d already sent me three emails and introduced me to someone he said would make a great lunch companion.
